Print & digital marketing for Taylor Wimpey Central London and their ‘Capital Collection’ of London developments

In February 2018, developers Taylor Wimpey Central London told MW Studio they were looking for a fresh approach to the print and digital marketing of their ‘Capital Collection’ of London developments. Given the diverse range of locations and spaces, it was an exciting and challenging project.

Using unique place-branding for each location, we created:

  • print adverts for Country Life magazine;
  • large digital lightbox adverts for the Palace View and Ebury Place developments;
  • animated eShots for RightMove on the Battersea Exchange and Ebury Place developments;
  • as well a full range of Google remarketing adverts, including the Fifty Seven East development in Dalston and Palace View development in Lambeth.

Each development has its own design flavour, but there is a cohesiveness to the collection as a whole.
